Update: Completing Projects and Achieving GoalsAUTHOR: Francisco Sáez
Today we have deployed a FacileThings update which will help you have your projects and goals better organized.
Officially, now you can complete projects. The way that projects were archived before was sort of ambiguous, since the archive could include both completed projects and unfinished projects you could not continue for whatever reason. Now, you can clearly distinguish which projects you have In Progress, Waiting or Completed:
NOTE: All the projects you had archived are now “waiting” so you need to set as “completed” those that are really finished.
Now you cannot select projects that are completed when you are processing stuff or editing the Perspective section of a task. And actions from projects that are waiting or completed will not appear in your general lists to avoid distractions.
Also, now you can achieve goals. To set a Goal as achieved, all the projects related to it must be completed.
We have also added a graph for completed projects in the projects page of the Analytics section:
