We have just updated the Processing section in FacileThings. In addition to adjusting the user interface to the new website design, we have added a couple of new features:
- Seeking to increase focus and remove distractions during the processing stage, we have added a central area with a large description of the item being processed. The goal at this stage is to think about each collected item and clarify what it is. At that time, chances of distraction should be minimal, so you are strongly recommended to hide the help text on the right side, once you have assimilated the information shown in it. This new text area also allows you to click on the links it contains, which is often necessary to decide what to do with that item.
- Now you can assign an estimated time, energy and relative priority to an action while processing it. Although this is something that is usually done later, in the organization stage, some times you will prefer to assign this values at the moment of processing.
Learn how to be a more productive, less stressed person. Try for free the whole application.

Francisco, in the old UI i was able to add tags by just typing # plus first letter and giving return; this was great; in the new UI i have to pick the tag with the mouse; i don't like this since i'm a keyboard guy :-)

The autocomplete component works a little different now. Use arrow keys to move among the options and enter to select one of them, if you prefer to use the keyboard (me too).
