Mind Like Water
It is the stress-free state of control, in which you will respond appropriately to whatever shows up — without giving it more or less attention than it deserves.
That kind of experience is known in martial arts as mind like water and in other environments as staying in the zone, flow or ready state. We all have been there sometimes. It is in those moments when our thinking flows creatively, work gets done effortless and time goes by inexplicably.
