Next Action
It is the very next physical, visible activity that would be required to move a situation toward closure.
Whenever one single action is not enough to achieve our desired outcome, you will need to create a project.
In general, Next Actions reminders are stored in three different lists:
- Next Actions list, for those you need to carry out as soon as possible, with no specific date.
- Calendar, for those that need to be done on a specific day or time.
- Waiting For list, for those you have delegated to other people.
