This week we have published a new version of the mobile app (3.6.5) that includes the Collaborators option and will allow you to have your collaborators’ agendas at hand in your meetings with them.
We’ve also included other small improvements and fixed some bugs.
Collaborators and Agendas
Access to the Collaborators option is from the main menu.
As in the web application, the collaborator list is displayed divided into two lists. The first of them contains those collaborators who have at least one active action at the moment and, therefore, it will be the one you want to consult most of the time.
The collaborator list allows you to add, edit and delete collaborators:
When you select a collaborator, their Agenda appears, which contains all the delegated actions (those you have in your Waiting For list), all the actions that involve any conversation (those you have in your Next Actions list) and all the events that include your collaborator (those you have in your Calendar).
If the collaborator has an email or phone number, they will appear at the top. By clicking on them you can send an email or call them directly by phone.
Other improvements
- The Trash list has been added to the Organize menu (under “···”) to allow you to undo deleting a task from your mobile.
- Inactive actions are shown with a striped background, just like on the web.
- Routine actions now also show the files attached to the routine.
- Some bugs have been fixed.

👏👏👏 The Collaborators list is especially useful on mobile, I really like it.
I'd like the collaborations listed by Name and Surname (instead of their tag), though .

I totally agree with the others, this is an excellent improvement to the mobile app! Great job, Francisco and team! This improvement has seriously amped up my productivity already!

What I'd like to see next in the mobile app:
1) offline mode
2) checklists and especially the option to add a predefined checklist to a task
3) the update project when the last task of a project is completed (or at least the exclamation point to highlight the projects without tasks in the projects list)
4) the duplicate task function
5) current day highlighted in the calendar popup for selecting a due date
Do you have plans for any of these?!

Hi Paolo,
Of course, we plan to update the mobile app with most of the functionality currently in the web app (although mobile app development is not as fast as I would like).
As for the offline option, we are working in parallel on a new app based on the local-first concept, which we will make available to you as soon as we have a beta version with minimal functionality

The mobile app'll never catch up if you keep upgrading the web app at this pace! 😂
Thank you for your the answer, I'll be happy to be a beta tester for the new app!
