Hello everyone!
Last weekend, we performed a major update to the server and web application software, which has been running smoothly. This update will improve the application’s performance and, above all, the security of files users upload to the application (in tasks, emails, etc.).
From now on, we’re going to spend less time on the current apps (we’ll just be making minor improvements and fixing potential bugs) and much more time on the new app I’ve been telling you about in recent newsletters.
In each monthly newsletter, I’ll show you a sort of dashboard tracking the elements that need to be in place for the app to move into beta, a stage in which we’ll gradually open access to users who want to start using this new platform.
Core features are the technical aspects necessary for the app to function properly, features are the options that must be available in the beta phase for the app to be functional, and UX features are improvements we want to incorporate into the user experience from the start. When all of these features are over 90% complete, we’ll move on to the beta phase and release the app.
There seems to have been a bit of confusion with the last video I showed. Since it’s in mobile format, some people thought the web app would disappear. Not at all. The new app will have a design adapted to any device size so it can function as a mobile app, desktop app, and web app in the future.
That’s all for now!

Exciting update! Looking forward to seeing those percentage numbers quickly get to 90% so we can get our hands on the beta!

Quick question: will the new app allow for Kanban project formats too? Thanks!

Hi W.,
Absolutely! The new app will eventually have all the features of the current app. The goal is to have a more modern and versatile app that replaces the previous one.
