Hi everyone!

A little over a year ago, we made a decision that wasn’t easy: instead of continuing to add layers to the app you’ve been using for years, we were going to build a completely new one from scratch. Taking advantage of a short summer break, I wanted to tell you why, where we’re headed, and what technology is behind that decision.

Can you imagine telling Claude, without opening any app: “note that I need to call Marta to talk about her new contract,” and having that thought land exactly where it should, in your FacileThings inbox? Or asking it mid-morning: “what’s pending on the website project?” and getting your actual next actions back? Or sitting down on a Sunday afternoon and letting your assistant walk you through your weekly review, conversationally? ¹
