How to Stop Living an Email-driven Life

How to Stop Living an Email-driven Life

These days it is very common to see many knowledge workers living their life around email. Email is not only where they communicate with others, but also where they organize their work and manage their tasks. Email is the base camp where everything they have to do is born, handled and killed.

The Value of a Mind Adrift

The Value of a Mind Adrift

I have to say that I am finding extremely interesting the reading of Focus: The Hidden Driver of Excellence, by Daniel Goleman. Advanced Pomodoro: Estimating Efforts

Advanced Pomodoro: Estimating Efforts

I do not use it for everything, only for activities that require more than 30 minutes and a certain level of concentration, such as programming, designing and writing articles (this is just a personal choice, since it is where I find it more valuable). Its greater benefit is that you can stay focused on what you are doing, by eliminating all kinds of interruptions.
