This week we have added a new server exclusively dedicated to the massive release of emails. The main objective was to avoid decreases in the FacileThings app performance when emails are batched.

Today we have updated FacileThings with some enhancements that will make the use of emails more useful and manageable. From now on, when you send an email to the FacileThings Inbox, you will see the email content in its original format ¹, HTML in most cases:

In addition to using Dropbox and Evernote as Reference Material repositories for making decisions in your GTD system on FacileThings, you can now also use files saved in Google Drive and Box:

Before introducing a novelty that you can use in FacileThings from today on—the ability to assign expected dates to actions—, let me clarify some basic GTD concepts so you can make the best use of this new functionality.
